What we are looking for

Role: Automation Architect/Engineer

Experience Range: 10 to 15 Years

Location: Pan India

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop automation scripts using Python and Playwright.
• Automate web applications and business workflows.
• Integrate automation with APIs and external systems.
• Validate UI screens, fields, and business data.
• Create reusable automation components and frameworks.
• Troubleshoot automation failures and fix defects.
• Generate execution reports and collect test evidence.
• Support end-to-end testing, regression testing, and UAT activities.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in Python.
• Strong hands-on experience in Playwright.
• Experience working with REST APIs.
• Good understanding of automation frameworks and design patterns.
• Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of JSON, XML, and data handling.
• Experience in debugging and troubleshooting automation scripts.
• Good communication and documentation skills.

Good to Have

• Experience with Selenium.
• Experience with Contact Center platforms (CXone, Genesys, Cyara).
• Experience with CRM applications such as Dynamics 365 or Salesforce.
• Experience with Azure DevOps or Jenkins.
• Knowledge of SQL and database validation.
