Automatic Rebars cutting, bending & straightening machine operator

1. Operate automatic rebar cutting, bending and straightening machines safely and efficiently.

2. Set up and adjust machine parameters according to bar diameter, length, bending angles and production requirements.

3. Read and follow production orders, drawings and specifications.

4. Measure and inspect processed rebars to ensure correct dimensions, angles and quality.

5. Monitor machine operation and identify abnormalities, defects or breakdowns.

6. Report machine faults and maintenance requirements to the supervisor/maintenance team.

7. Ensure proper handling, stacking and identification of finished rebars.

8. Minimize material wastage and maintain efficient production output.
