Role Summary:
Responsible for 3D design and modelling of process skids, frames, and piping systems using Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD. Manages technical documentation and ensures compliance with industry standards for biopharma and related sectors.
What Youll Do:
- Develop 3D models for process skids, frames, and support structures using Autodesk Inventor
- Apply Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) to engineering drawings
- Manage design revisions and file lifecycles within Autodesk Vault
- Produce detailed fabrication drawings, assembly layouts, and Bills of Materials (BOM)
- Design piping and equipment layouts compliant with hygienic standards (ASME BPE) and P&IDs
What We re Looking For (Must-Haves):
- Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD
- Hands-on experience in skid design, piping modelling, and frame/bracket design
- Ability to read and interpret P&IDs
- Experience with Autodesk Vault for data and file management
- Strong understanding of GD&T, stainless steel fabrication, and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice)
- Experience in mechanical design for skids and structures in biopharma or related industries (e.g., Food & Beverage, Water Treatment)
Good to Have (Optional - only if mentioned):
- As per requirement
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field
