Autodesk ACC / BIM & Vault Server Support Engineer

• Administer and support Autodesk ACC, BIM 360, and Vault Server environments.
• Support engineering, architecture, and construction collaboration workflows.

• Provide L1/L2/L3 support for AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, Navisworks, Inventor, and Vault.
• Manage ACC/BIM permissions, projects, templates, document control, and collaboration.
• Install, upgrade, patch, migrate, and troubleshoot Vault Server SQL Server.
• Manage backups, storage, performance, replication, lifecycle, and disaster recovery.
• Support BIM coordination, model sharing, clash detection, and multidisciplinary workflows.
• Manage integrations with AD, SharePoint, ERP, and PLM.
• Handle documentation, SOPs, audits, security, compliance, and vendor coordination.
• Support cloud migration and Autodesk modernization initiatives.

• ACC / BIM 360 / Vault Professional
• Revit, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Navisworks, Inventor
• SQL Server, Windows Server, IIS
• Active Directory, Group Policy, PowerShell
• Cloud collaboration, document control, backup DR

• Bachelor s degree in Engineering / CS / IT or related field.
• Autodesk Certified Professional / Vault Administrator certification preferred.
