About the Role

HARITHA ENGINEERING WORKS is seeking a talented and motivated AutoCAD / CAD Designer with at least 2 years of experience. The ideal candidate should possess strong drafting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively in English with team members and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and modify 2D/3D drawings using AutoCAD and other CAD software.
• Create detailed engineering and fabrication drawings as per project requirements.
• Review and update drawings based on design changes and project feedback.
• Coordinate with engineers, production teams, and other stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records of drawings and design documentation.
• Ensure drawings comply with company standards and project specifications.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 2 years of experience in AutoCAD/CAD drafting and design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and related CAD software.
• Good understanding of engineering drawings and manufacturing processes.
• Ability to read and interpret technical specifications and drawings.
• Strong English communication skills (both verbal and written) are mandatory.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills to coordinate effectively with internal teams and clients.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.
