AutoCAD Draftsman & 3D Visualizer

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed 2D architectural and interior drawings using AutoCAD.
• Develop floor plans, elevations, sections, shop drawings, and construction details.
• Create 3D models based on approved architectural drawings.
• Produce high-quality interior and exterior rendered views for client presentations.
• Modify drawings and models based on feedback from Project Managers, Consultants, and Clients.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely submission of drawings.
• Maintain drawing revisions, documentation, and project records.
• Ensure all drawings comply with project standards and company requirements.
• Support design development and presentation requirements across multiple projects.

• Lumion
• Enscape
• Adobe Photoshop
