Autocad Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and enhance AutoCAD-based applications and solutions as per business requirements.
• Develop and maintain AutoCAD plugins, tools, utilities, and automation solutions.
• Work with AutoLISP, .NET/C#, ObjectARX, and APIs for AutoCAD customization.
• Automate repetitive drafting, design, and engineering processes to improve productivity.
• Analyze technical requirements and translate them into scalable AutoCAD solutions.
• Integrate AutoCAD with external applications, databases, and engineering systems where required.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application, customization, and performance issues.
• Perform testing, debugging, deployment, and maintenance of AutoCAD applications.
• Prepare technical documentation and coordinate with functional and technical teams.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in AutoCAD Development and Customization.
• Proficiency in C#/.NET, AutoLISP, and AutoCAD APIs.
• Experience with ObjectARX / AutoCAD .NET API.
• Good understanding of AutoCAD drawings, layers, blocks, templates, and automation.
• Experience developing AutoCAD plugins/add-ins and automation tools.
• Good knowledge of software development, debugging, testing, and deployment processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
