Auto Loan Sales Executive

Role & Responsibilities

• Be stationed at assigned automobile dealerships to source auto loan applications for new and/or used vehicles.
• Build and maintain good relationships with dealership sales teams to generate auto loan business.
• Interact with prospective customers and explain auto loan products, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements.
• Assist customers in completing loan application forms and collecting the required documents.
• Coordinate with internal credit and operations teams for loan processing, approvals, and disbursements.
• Follow up with customers and dealership teams to ensure timely submission of documents and completion of loan formalities.
• Work towards achieving monthly targets for loan sourcing and disbursement.
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with company policies and KYC requirements.
• Maintain daily sales activity reports and provide regular updates to the reporting manager.
• Provide a positive customer experience and build relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Freshers can apply! Candidates looking to start their career in sales, banking, financial services, or automobile financing are welcome.
• Graduates in any discipline are preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with customers and dealership staff.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and an interest in building a career in sales.
• Self-motivated, customer-focused, and comfortable working at assigned automobile dealerships.
• Basic computer knowledge and the ability to handle documentation.
• Willingness to work at dealership locations and travel locally, if required.
• Ability to follow up with customers, coordinate with internal teams, and work towards business targets.
• Prior experience in sales, customer service, banking, or automobile dealerships is an added advantage but not mandatory.
