Authorised Verifier (Junior) - Insurance Web Aggregator

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound insurance leads generated through the digital platform
• Speak with prospective customers to understand insurance requirements
• Assist customers in comparing and selecting suitable insurance products
• Explain policy features, coverage, premiums, and terms in a clear manner
• Support customers through documentation and policy purchase process
• Conduct follow-ups for pending leads, conversions, and renewals
• Assist in customer verification calls as per IRDAI Web Aggregator regulations
• Confirm customer identity, consent, and policy understanding
• Ensure no mis-selling, persuasion, or misleading communication during verification
• Maintain accurate CRM updates, call logs, verification records, and policy transaction data
• Keep documentation complete and audit-ready

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate in any discipline
• 1 to 2 years of experience in insurance sales, telemarketing, customer relationship management, or insurance advisory
• Basic knowledge of Life, Health, Motor, and General Insurance products
• Familiarity with CRM tools, calling systems, and MS Office
• Good verbal communication skills in English and regional language preferred

Mandatory Requirement

Candidates must be willing to undergo and successfully pass the IRDAI Authorised Verifier certification examination.

Training and guidance for the certification process will be provided by the company.
Successful completion of the certification is mandatory for continuation in the role.
