About this role

Job Location: Ahmedabad
Shift Timing: 07:00 am to 04:00 pm
Responsibilities:
- Payroll & related compliances Processing timesheets, leave management, processing periodic payruns, sending payslips, termination pays, backpays & arrears, etc.
- HR Management Onboarding and offboarding staff members, setting up HRMS logins, LMS management, preparing employment contracts, resolving staff queries in relation to pays.
- Payroll Compliances - Superannuation payments and reconciliations, payroll tax lodgments and payments, workcover, parental leaves, child support, novated leases, STP Lodgments & finalisation, etc.
- Ad hoc projects Undertaking any admin/ad hoc projects/tasks not covered by above as requested by the clients.
- Client Communication Communicating with the client on a day-to-day basis.
