Australia Accountant (Work From Home | Tally Experience Required)

We are looking for a self-motivated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our growing team. This is a work-from-home opportunity, ideal for someone who can manage responsibilities independently and stay productive without supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities
• Maintain accurate financial records using Tally and Xero
• Handle accounts payable and receivable (A/P & A/R)
• Perform bank and account reconciliations
• Prepare financial statements and reports
• Ensure proper documentation and proper filing of records
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes

Requirements:

• B.Com / M.Com / BBA (Finance) or CA inter
• MUST own a laptop and good internet
• Relevant accounting experience
• Strong working knowledge of Tally & Xero preferred
• Good understanding of accounting fundamentals
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setup
• High level of self-discipline and accountability
