Job Title: Auditor Credit Audit Chennai

Role Summary:
We are looking for a highly driven Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) with 0–3 years of experience in auditing banks or financial institutions, specifically in retail lending/loan processes. The role involves conducting RCM-based audits, assessing process controls, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct RCMbased audits and perform detailed control testing.
• Validate adherence to internal policies, RBI guidelines, and other statutory norms.
• Evaluate control design and operating effectiveness; identify process gaps and improvement areas.
• Review retail loan processes across loan-level, portfolio-level, and system-level activities.
• Prepare audit documentation, working papers, observations, and draft audit reports.
• Support rootcause analysis and followup on audit issue closure.
• Assist in thematic reviews and processbased audits across the retail lending function.
