Auditor - Business Audit(Financial Crime Audit OR Internal Audit Bank)

This role is a People Manager + Audit Delivery Lead position focused on Sanctions & Embargoes (S&E) and Financial Crime Audit within a global banking environment.

Core Requirements

• 6 to 10 years of experience in:
• Sanctions & Embargoes Operations and/or Audit
• Financial Crime Audit
• Banking Internal Audit
• MBA or CA preferred
• ACAMS certification preferred
• Experience leading teams and managing auditors
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Functional Expertise Required

• Sanctions & Embargoes regulations, controls, and systems
• Financial Crime Risk Management
• Banking operations and operational processes
• Internal Controls, Risk Management, and IT Controls
• Audit planning, execution, reporting, and follow-up
• Regulatory and statutory banking requirements
• Integrated audits and annual risk assessments

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple audits simultaneously
• Plan, execute, direct, and complete S&E audits
• Manage global audit engagements across Asia, Europe, and the Americas
• Review audit evidence and ensure proper documentation
• Prepare audit programs and conduct control testing
• Issue audit reports and track remediation actions
• Drive audit quality initiatives
• Mentor and manage audit team members
• Engage with senior stakeholders and business leadership
