Audit Specialist

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Track open audit findings and ensure accurate and timely closure of action plans
• Collaborate with in-house audit team and outsources partners in other locations and Pro-actively check and close audit findings raised in other locations.
• Keep a close eye on any change in processes which might have diverse effect on risk profiling, update IA Head on any process changes / arising risks /
• irregularities on timely basis
• Help departments in drafting SOP, policies and procedures
• Perform field work on assigned areas and present audit findings to respective process owner, Prepare accurate and timely reports on audit findings,
• including recommendations on improvements
• Discuss audit findings with process owner and obtain preventive and corrective action plan to mitigate the risk
• Manage special projects as per requirement
• To evaluate emerging risks on continuous basis and updating risk registers
• Responsible for managing good relationship and continuous dialogue across all functions and ground levels staff at plant

Job Requirements :

• 3-8 years of experience in auditing or a related field (e.g., risk management).
• Strong understanding of CMA (Cost Management Accounting) principles and practices.
• Experience with audit compliance software tools such as Audit Management Systems.
