Marketing Finance MIS:

• Pre-verification of Marketing NFA sanctions post which allotting & tracking NFA No.

• Preparation of Monthly Marketing spent Provision and sharing with Accounts Team

• Preparation, review and release of weekly Marketing Spend MIS

• Closing the un-utilized NFAs/Short closure of POs and reduction of un-utilized amount to the Marketing Budget.

• Preparation of detailed estimated marketing expenses for the upcoming month

• Preparation of marketing-related board meeting documents and submission to management
• Maintaining the Delegation tracker for Marketing DMs, COO
• Submission of “Medium wise Marketing spent”

Desktop Audits/ Review:

• Provide end to end support to Protiviti Team in conducting half yearly Marketing Audit

Validation of Sales Incentive Scheme:

• Validating the tabulation of monthly, quarterly, yearly and ad hoc incentive schemes of Non- Integrated Business / channels (Auto & FI products, Retail- MR, RR, E.Com, Company shops, MR-RR ISPs, Lighting & Institutional Business) staff and team (PIC & RMs)

Special Assignment:

• Review of commercial proposals by Usha Silai School Team in terms of cost structure

• Monitoring & review of 'Company Shop Surprise Audit Reports' on monthly basis and releasing the report quarterly

IFC Testing/ Update:

• Tested the effectiveness of Marketing & Sales promotion – HO RACM and share the results with Management on annual basis.

• Updating risk and control matrix in line with current procedures /policies /guidelines Role & responsibilities
