Audit Manager Retail

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage internal audits to ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
• Conduct store audits to identify areas of improvement in inventory management, stock control, and cash handling procedures.
• Develop and implement effective audit plans, programs, and reports to provide recommendations for process improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve audit findings and implement corrective actions.

Job Requirements :

• 6-8 years of experience in auditing or a related field (e.g., accounting, finance).
• Strong knowledge of audit management principles, practices, and procedures.
• Experience conducting internal audits or store audits in the petrochemical/plastics/rubber industry is preferred.
