Job Description:
We are looking for an Internal Audit Trainee with at least 2 years of experience working in a Chartered Accountancy (CA) firm. The candidate will assist in conducting internal audits, reviewing business processes, and evaluating internal controls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in conducting internal and operational audits.
- Verify financial transactions, vouchers, invoices, and supporting documents.
- Review internal controls and adherence to company policies and SOPs.
- Identify discrepancies, control gaps, and process improvement opportunities.
- Prepare audit working papers and maintain proper documentation.
- Assist in preparing audit reports and following up on audit observations.
- Coordinate with departments to obtain audit-related information and records.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a CA firm is mandatory.
- Exposure to internal audit and audit documentation is preferred.
- Good analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
- Willingness to work onsite in Vadodara.
Important Note: Candidates with experience primarily in banking, statutory audit, taxation, or compliance are not suitable for this position.
