About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organised Audit & Compliance Executive to support our UK logistics operations. The role will be responsible for auditing tickets, dockets, booking records, and related emails to ensure accuracy, compliance with internal processes, and adherence to defined quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, good analytical skills, and the ability to identify discrepancies and maintain accurate audit records and reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular operational audits of tickets, dockets, booking records, and booking emails in accordance with defined quality and compliance guidelines.
• Review documentation and booking information to identify errors, discrepancies, missing information, and process gaps.
• Verify that tickets, dockets, and booking details are accurate, complete, and in line with required procedures.
• Check records against relevant information and identify any inconsistencies or non-compliance.
• Maintain accurate daily, weekly, and monthly audit records.
• Record audit findings, discrepancies, and identified issues using MS Excel.
• Prepare and maintain audit reports, compliance records, and employee/team performance reports.
• Communicate audit findings to relevant teams and follow up on identified issues where required.
• Ensure audit documentation and reports are maintained accurately and within the required timelines.
• Support the implementation and monitoring of internal quality and compliance procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy when handling operational and customer-related information.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Previous experience in Audit, Compliance, Quality Audit, Operations Audit, or Documentation Audit is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify errors and discrepancies.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel, including maintaining records and preparing reports.
• Good written and verbal English communication skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage repetitive audit activities accurately.
• Ability to work independently and meet daily, weekly, and monthly deadlines.
• Experience in logistics, transportation, operations, or a similar environment would be an advantage.
