Qualifications
- Semi qualified CA / Person completed articleship.
- Qualified Company Secretary / Candidate Pursuing Company Secretaryship.
- Strong knowledge of Corporate Compliances and Audit.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain accuracy and compliance
- Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software
- Ability to work on-site in Tiruchirappalli
