Key Responsibilities / Job Description

• Lead and manage audit and assurance engagements
• Review audit plans, working papers, and risk assessments
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, ISA, and internal audit methodologies
• Supervise and mentor audit teams to deliver quality engagements
• Manage client relationships and provide strategic audit insights
• Monitor engagement progress, billings, and reporting timelines
• Support proposals, tenders, and business development initiatives

Requirements / Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in accounting or related field
• CPA / ACCA qualification recognized by NBAA
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and International Auditing Standards
• Minimum 5 years audit experience, including managerial exposure
• Excellent leadership, analytical, communication, and report-writing skills
• Masters degree is an added advantage
