Key Responsibilities

• Category ownership for the Puja Calendar, ensuring accuracy of festivals, tithis, muhurats, and other cultural events.
• Conduct user and market research to identify engagement opportunities linked to astrology and calendar-driven themes and collaborate with the Marketing team on implementation.
• Work closely with the Category Leaders to plan and execute calendar-based campaigns and initiatives.
• Collaborate with Product, Content, and Design teams to integrate key features or content based on festival and astrology insights.
• Analyze data on user engagement, retention, and feature performance to suggest improvements.
• Coordinate with internal and external experts (astrologers, cultural consultants) to ensure authenticity and alignment.
• Monitor industry and cultural trends to inform category strategies.
