The   r ole    

T o   support   the Risk and Controls team in delivering risk management and controls assurance processes, strengthening the financial controls environment, and driving operating efficiency and effectiveness. The Business Controls Excellence Analyst will serve as a subject matter expert (SME) to support the Process Excellence teams in designing and implementing controls and play a key role in delivering risk and control initiatives.     

What   you'll   be   responsible   for    

E nd-to-end testing of controls across business processes  

High quality documentation of the test plan and the summary report  

Conducting trainings for the respective teams in line with FCA expectations  

Managing and coordinating with the stakeholders like the management testing teams, KPMG, Group Controlling Team, Country Controllers and Service Delivery Directors  

Quality review of the identified deficiencies and documentation  

Reporting / presenting the testing results to Group Controlling Team for audit committee  

Additionally,   participate   in control improvement health meetings, manage third party teams performing testing and co-ordinate with external auditors.  

We're   looking for someone who   

Has   a minimum of   5 years of   experience in  internal audit with SOX 404 testing and reporting .  

A CA or similar qualification is preferred.  

Brings strong skills   with governance,   risk   and compliance models like GAAPs, IFRS ,   etc. (knowledge in GRC tools like SAP GRC, Archer, others   is   an added advantage)  

Thinks end-to-end and takes ownership   of   results  

Is comfortable working in a fast-moving, evolving   organisation  

Values collaboration,   clarity   and low-ego ways of working
