In this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations and supporting the overall human resource and admin of the unit. In this role, you will ensure timely and accurate processing of salary & wages, Contractual Manpower, Training & development, internal and external audits and maintain compliance according to various Acts. 

• Prepare Daily HR & manpower reports.
• Handling complete attendance and payroll process for plant.
• Ensure contractual manpower availability as per plan, and timely process the wages of contractual manpower and contractors bill checking.
• Prepare timely full and final process of off board employees per company policy.
• Define Training need identification, Skill Matrix and maintain complete training documents for internal and external audits.
• Submitting various returns under The Factories act, Bonus, Maternity, CLRA, LWF, Employment Exchange, POSH, Pollution as per compliances.
• Renewal of Factory License, Factory Plan, Registration Certificate (RC), Fire NOC.
• Coordinate with vendors and clients regarding invoice issues, payment schedules, and account-related queries
• Counselling of worker’s & supervisor’s regarding absenteeism, behaviour and productivity.
• Employee welfare and Engagement activity.

• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
• Knowledge of Time office & Payroll software
• Knowledge of factories act & Labour act.

• Education: MBA  _HR/ MSW
• Experience: 4-8 years of experience in Manufacturing Plants as Generalist profile.
