Asst Vice President - I - Practice Lead_Interop

Job Summary

As an Assistant Vice President - Practice Lead Interop, you will shape and scale CitiusTech s interoperability consulting and transformation capabilities across payer, provider, MedTech, and life sciences organizations. This executive leadership role combines strategic advisory, business growth, architecture leadership, innovation, and practice development, enabling healthcare organizations to unlock measurable value from modern interoperability ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Advise healthcare CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, interoperability leaders, and business executives on enterprise interoperability strategy, modernization investments, and multi-year transformation roadmaps.
• Lead executive workshops covering FHIR adoption, regulatory interoperability, payer-provider exchange, EHR integration, HIE connectivity, TEFCA participation, and healthcare data exchange models.
• Build, scale, and govern CitiusTech interoperability offerings, frameworks, accelerators, reusable assets, and delivery methodologies.
• Translate CMS, ONC, HIPAA, TEFCA, and industry interoperability requirements into pragmatic business and technology solutions.
• Define target-state architecture and guide platform, vendor, integration, and ecosystem decisions for large healthcare enterprises.
• Support business growth through solution development, executive presentations, proposals, RFP responses, and strategic account pursuits.
• Drive innovation and practical AI adoption across interoperability programs including mapping, normalization, data quality, onboarding, prior authorization, and engineering productivity.
• Provide architecture governance, design reviews, risk mitigation, and escalation support for complex interoperability initiatives.
• Develop interoperable healthcare platforms leveraging FHIR, HL7, C-CDA, APIs, event-driven architectures, and bulk data exchange patterns.
• Mentor interoperability consultants, architects, and engineering teams while fostering communities of practice and thought leadership.
• Partner with delivery teams to ensure scalable, secure, compliant, and high-performance interoperability implementations.
• Guide healthcare organizations in value-based care, care management, quality, utilization management, and provider collaboration initiatives enabled through interoperability.
• Establish best practices for healthcare data governance, consent management, identity management, MDM, and API management.
• Represent CitiusTech externally through customer engagements, industry forums, conferences, and thought leadership publications.
