Asst Vice President - I_AI

Job Summary

As a Assistant Vice President - AI, you will be a part of an Agile team to design and build healthcare applications and implement new features while adhering to the best coding development standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer workshops and provide strategic advisory on AI and GenAI solutions.
• Collaborate with Sales and Engineering teams to design, develop, and demonstrate Proofs of Concept (POCs).
• Identify and recommend emerging AI and GenAI technologies to address customer business needs.
• Develop and establish implementation methodologies, delivery processes, and rollout strategies.
• Define AI/ML roadmaps and provide strategic consulting to support customer transformation initiatives.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand business challenges and propose scalable AI-driven solutions.
• Drive solution planning, architecture discussions, and best practice adoption throughout project lifecycles.
• Work with offshore AI/ML/Data delivery and competency teams on a regular basis and communicate project requirements to these teams.
• Help customers perform root cause analysis on internal and external data and processes to answer specific business questions and identify opportunities for improvement.

• Engineering Degree - BE/ME/BTech/MTech/BSc/MSc.

Skills

Mandatory Technical Skills

• 10 years of experience in providing solutioning for AI solutions creating architectures and sizing of the opportunities
• HIPPA compliance
• NLP and Computer Vision and Search and Summarization
• technology advisory and consulting services to customers guiding them on solution strategies architecture and best practices
• Nvidia and Cloud AI Eco-systems partners

Good to Have Skills

• Knowledge of infrastructure stacks including AWS, Linux, Scala, Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, Spark, and more
• Coding knowledge and experience in one or more programming languages including Python, R, Java, JavaScript, and more
• Understands the AI/ML products and market landscape
• Prior experience of working on healthcare applications will be an added advantage
