Asst Sales Manager

Vedic Village is a boutique hospitality brand offering thoughtfully curated stays, events, retreats, and memorable guest experiences across Alleppey, Bengaluru, Kodungallur, and Sriperumbudur.

We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Assistant Sales Manager to support sales and revenue growth at our Sriperumbudur property.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads and develop new business opportunities.
• Manage corporate, group, event, and leisure sales.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Conduct property tours and client meetings.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts.
• Follow up on enquiries and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
• Coordinate with reservations, events, front office, and operations teams.
• Maintain accurate sales records and submit regular reports.
• Support local marketing activities and business partnerships.
• Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in hotel, resort, is preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Experience in corporate, group, and leisure sales is an advantage.
• Familiarity with CRM or sales-management systems.
• Self-motivated, organised, and results-oriented.
• Comfortable working on-site with flexible schedules when required.
