Asst Sales Manager / Manager / Sr Engineer - Power & Transmision

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell Test & Measurement instruments for Power & Transmission applications.
• Manage sales funnel, lead generation activities, and support channel/distributor development.
• Identify and acquire new customers in the Power Utilities, Transmission, and Electrical Testing sectors.
• Organize exhibitions, seminars, and marketing activities in collaboration with the Marketing team.
• Conduct customer roadshows, product demonstrations, and technical presentations.
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable technical solutions.
• Work as a dedicated resource focused exclusively on the Power & Transmission business domain.
• Achieve sales targets and expand market presence in the assigned territory.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5-15 years of experience in Technical Sales, Business Development, Electrical Testing, or Instrumentation.
• Experience in Power Utilities, Transmission, Substations, Electrical Equipment, or Test & Measurement industry.
• Strong customer relationship management and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
