Assistant Regional Manager Government Coordination & Business Development

Salary: 28,000 – 35,000 per month

Job Description

• Assist the Regional Manager in all Government liaison and business development activities.
• Visit Government offices regularly for project follow-up and information gathering.
• Liaise with Junior Engineers, Deputy Engineers, Executive Engineers and departmental officers.
• Collect project-related documents, technical information and departmental updates.
• Coordinate meetings with Government Authorities, consultants and project partners.
• Prepare Minutes of Meetings (MoM), project summaries and follow-up reports.
• Study tender documents and assist in identifying suitable business opportunities.
• Support preparation of proposals, presentations and concept notes.
• Maintain project trackers, contact databases and follow-up schedules.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, vendors and internal teams for project development.

Qualification & Skills Required

• Graduate preferably in Civil Engineering, Architecture, MBA, Diploma in Engineering or equivalent qualification.
• 3–6 years' experience in Government liaison, infrastructure consultancy or construction.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
• Basic understanding of engineering drawings and Government tender documents.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
• Ability to prepare reports, presentations and documentation.
• Organised, proactive and capable of handling multiple assignments simultaneously.
• Willingness to travel within Pune and the PMR region and within state if required.
