About this role
Key Responsibilities
- Execute and supervise MEP works for high-rise building projects.
- Handle coordination and execution of Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting and HVAC systems.
- Coordinate MEP activities with Civil, Structural, Architectural and PMC teams.
- Plan and monitor MEP activities as per project schedules and construction milestones.
- Coordinate MEP services with MIVAN / Aluminium Formwork construction cycles, including conduits, sleeves, boxes, inserts and embedded services.
- Review MEP drawings, layouts, shop drawings and ensure execution as per approved drawings.
- Manage contractors, subcontractors and vendors for timely and quality execution.
- Monitor site progress, workmanship and material requirements.
- Ensure quality, safety and statutory compliance at site.
- Verify BOQ, measurements, contractor bills and quantity requirements.
- Assist in cost control, material planning and project documentation.
- Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and coordinate with project management teams.
- Identify site issues, coordinate resolutions and minimize rework.
- Ensure proper testing, commissioning and handover of MEP systems.
