Asst Manager Tele calling, Appointment & Delivery Operations

Role & responsibilities

The Team Lead will manage the complete Wedding Gift Box operation from lead allocation and telecalling to appointment fixing, delivery assignment, inventory management, brand coordination, field-team monitoring, and reporting. The role is responsible for ensuring timely customer contact, higher appointment conversion, smooth delivery execution, adequate stock availability, and strong productivity across telecalling and field teams.

• Strong team-handling and people-management skills.
• Experience in telecalling, field opeexprations, logistics, or delivery management.
• Strong follow-up, coordination, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple locations and field employees.
• Good understanding of inventory and stock management.
• Strong Excel / MIS reporting and analytical skills.
• Ability to analyse lead, appointment, conversion, and delivery performance.
• Good communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work with targets and ensure timely execution.
