Asst. Manager- Stores (Only Real estates experience)

Role & responsibilities

• Should have hands-on experience in construction sector
• Identify the right vendors with proper market study
• Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers with comparison statements
• Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing
• Reconciliation of the outstanding in coordination with finance department
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery
• Ensure the quality of the products
• Preparation of Purchase Orders as per the organisational requirements
• Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases
• Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices
• Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses
• Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed
• Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate with relevant experience in construction sector preferred
