Job responsibilities- Electrical & Automation (Design & Estimation)

Major Activities

• Electrical Designing of Automation Panel Along with good knowledge of power System.
• Having a good knowledge of Electrical Engineering Concepts, should be able to do Selection of Components, Cable and PLC.
• Make best Decision and take actions based on the best interests of Company and Customer.
• Preparation of Electrical Specification of Control System (like PLC, Switchgear and control gear, Control Panel & Automation for DAP Submission).
• Correspondence with Vendor's and arrange the Training for New concepts, Cost Comparison of varies Electrical & Automation Products.
• Cautiously checking PLC Architecture with all technical Specification with loophole.
• Development of PLC, SCADA & HMI Program and parameter setting of VFD & Controllers, Interlock List, IP Address list.
• Make of Process and Conveyor logic.
• Develop specifications to meet technical, safety, quality standards, production schedules, cost, and budget goals.
• Review the design outputs and ensure that it is in line with the final technical specifications.
• Develop Risk analysis Sheet along with their counter action to ensure the fulfilment of projects deadline.
• Do costing, Estimation of Process & Conveyor Control Panel and provide support to site team.
• Automotive Paint Shop experience will be preferred.

Qualification:- B.E/B.TECH (Electrical, Electronics ) with min 70%, 2-7 Years of Experience in the Field of Designing & Engineering of PLC Control Panels and Logic Development.
