Asst. Manager - Quality

Job Summary Responsibilities

• Assure that the Quality Shift leader and Inspectors are supervising the production processes to make sure that product meets quality requirements. % Fg defect and external complaints (Quantitative).
• Commonly work with other managers and executives to ensure that all employees are following established procedures and policies related to quality control. No of non-conformities (Quantitative).
• Analytical and Problem-solving ability. Reduction in Quality issues.
• Leading the quality improvement projects. Reduction in Quality defects.
• Training to Quality Shift Leaders / Quality Inspectors. No of trainings done as per Training Needs Identified.
• Supplier Quality Management, PPAP, Supplier Audit. Supplier Quality Improvements.
• Supports Planning and execution of Innovation projects fulfilling the Quality requirement in Coordination with the Engineering and Project team. No of Trials and Projects.
• Adherence to document and Process requirements of the Customers with respect to PQC operations. % Failure rate in the Internal and External audits.
• Optimum Usage of Resources available in PQC. Multiskilling of Quality Inspectors.
