Ltd is responsible for the manufacturing, sales, installation and servicing of custom-built equipment to various industries such as beverage, dairy, food processing, pharmacy and chemical, brewery and distillery and other applied industries in the Indian market and beyond.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement supplier quality strategies, processes, and standards.
- Lead supplier audits, Evaluate, qualify, and approve new suppliers.
- Monitor supplier performance through KPIs, scorecards, and quality metrics and ensure suppliers maintain robust quality management systems.
- Review and approve supplier quality documentation including PPAP, FMEA, Control Plans, and Process Flow Diagrams.
- Manage non-conformance reports and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) though 8D, 5 Why, Fishbone, and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Identify quality risks within the supply chain and implement mitigation plans.
- Drive supplier continuous improvement initiatives and collaborate with suppliers to reduce defects, improve process capability, and enhance product quality.
- Lead supplier performance improvement projects.
- Create and edit internal and external complaints in SAP-QM and maintain the documentation in SAP
- Work closely with Procurement, Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, and Logistics teams.

Knowledge required
- Hands-on experience with a wide range of inspection and measurement instruments
- RCA, 7 QC Tools, Six Sigma
- Excellent ability to read and interpret manufacturing drawings and technical specifications.
- Able to lead FMEA, PPAP, MSA, and Process Capability Studies (Cp, Cpk).
- Quality Management Systems (QMS), particularly ISO 9001 standards.
- Ability to lead and mentor quality engineers, inspectors, and technicians.
- Experience working with SAP for Quality Assurance related activities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for reporting, analysis, and documentation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective teamwork and cross-functional collaboration.
- BE in Mechanical Engineering Or equivalent qualification.
- 10+ years of experience in Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA) in supplier development
