Asst Manager - Quality

Roles and Responsibilities

• Ensure quality management system implementation at site, including audits and documentation.
  
• Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  
• Develop and maintain quality plans, procedures, and standards for construction projects.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (QMS) and industry best practices.
  
• Provide training on quality systems to employees and stakeholders.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 8-12 years of experience in civil engineering or related field with expertise in QMS, ISO documentation, audit documentation, and quality system implementation.
  
• Strong understanding of Indian Standards (IS), International Organization for Standardization (ISO), and other relevant regulations governing the construction industry.
