Asst. manager/Manager Talent Acquisition | CBRE | Pune

About the Role

CBRE is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Asst manager/Manager Talent Acquisition to join our team in Pune.

The role will primarily focus on end-to-end recruitment for Facility Management and Property Management operations, covering technical, non-technical and managerial positions.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in managing multiple requirements, stakeholder relationships and delivering quality talent within agreed timelines.

Candidates with prior recruitment experience in Facility Management, Integrated Facilities Management (IFM), Property Management or Commercial Real Estate will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, from understanding manpower requirements to sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management and joining.
• Drive hiring across Facility Management and Property Management roles, including:
• Facility Managers / Assistant Facility Managers
• Property Managers
• Technical Managers / Technical Executives
• Engineering and MEP roles
• Soft Services / Housekeeping leadership
• EHS / Fire & Safety roles
• Front Office and Guest Relations
• Security and other site operations positions
• Partner closely with business leaders, operations teams and hiring managers to understand requirements and define the right candidate profile.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, employee referrals, internal databases and recruitment partners.
• Conduct initial screening to assess candidates for relevant industry exposure, technical/functional fit, communication skills, compensation and notice period.
• Manage multiple positions across different accounts/sites and ensure timely closure of critical vacancies.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for recurring FM and Property Management requirements.
• Coordinate interviews, collect feedback and maintain regular communication with candidates and stakeholders.
• Manage salary discussions, offer negotiations and candidate engagement through to joining.
• Monitor hiring metrics including open positions, ageing, turnaround time, offer-to-join ratio and recruitment pipeline.
• Ensure recruitment activities are completed in accordance with organizational processes and compliance requirements.

Candidate Profile

• 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
• Strong experience in Facility Management, Property Management, Integrated Facilities Management or Real Estate hiring is preferred.
• Good understanding of technical and non-technical FM positions and the talent landscape.
• Experience handling volume as well as mid/senior-level hiring.
• Strong sourcing skills with hands-on experience using Naukri and LinkedIn.
• Ability to independently manage multiple vacancies and hiring stakeholders.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage demanding recruitment timelines.
• Good understanding of compensation benchmarking, notice-period management and offer negotiations.

Preferred Industry Background

Candidates currently or previously working in Talent Acquisition with organizations in the following sectors would be preferred:

Education

Graduate / Postgraduate in Human Resources, Management or a related discipline.
