Assistant Manager / Manager – Growth & Business Planning

What You Will Do• Identify and evaluate new growth & expansion opportunities
• Conduct market, location and competitor analysis
• Support new store expansion and business planning
• Prepare business cases, revenue projections and profitability analysis
• Track store/business performance and identify growth opportunities
• Analyse ROI, payback, revenue potential and profitability
• Work closely with Operations, Finance, Marketing, Projects & Leadership
• Prepare management reports, dashboards and business reviews
• Drive strategic projects from planning to execution
What We're Looking For✅ 4–8 years of experience in Growth / Strategy / Business Planning / Expansion / Commercial roles
✅ Experience in F&B, Restaurant, Hospitality, Retail, FMCG or Consumer businesses preferred
✅ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
✅ Strong Excel & financial analysis skills
✅ Good understanding of business KPIs, profitability and commercial metrics
✅ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
✅ Ability to work independently and take ownership
