Asst Manager / Manager F&A

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage monthly financial reports, including balance sheet reconciliations, cash flow statements, and profit & loss accounts.
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather necessary data for reporting purposes.
• Identify areas for improvement in the finance function and implement process enhancements.

Job Requirements :

• 2-6 years of experience in banking or NBFC industry.
• Strong knowledge of ECL (Expected Credit Loss) modeling and its application in credit risk management.
• Proficiency in preparing complex financial reports, including balance sheet reconciliations and cash flow statements.
