Asst. Manager - International Sales

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day international B2B sales activities and achieve assigned revenue targets.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with overseas customers, distributors, and business partners.
• Identify and generate new export business opportunities through email, calls, exhibitions, digital outreach, and market research.
• Handle customer enquiries, quotations, pricing, proforma invoices, samples, and order coordination.
• Ensure timely follow-up with customers from enquiry stage through order confirmation and execution.
• Coordinate with internal teams for production, documentation, dispatch, and on-time delivery.
• Support export documentation and compliance requirements for international shipments.
• Follow up on outstanding payments and maintain healthy customer accounts.
• Track and convert leads generated from trade exhibitions, digital campaigns, and international enquiries.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities in global markets.
• Maintain accurate sales records, customer databases, forecasts, and periodic sales reports.
• Contribute to achieving international market expansion and long-term business growth.
