Job description

1. Financial Statement Preparation:

• Prepare quarterly, Halfyearly and annual financial statements (Balance Sheet, Statement of Profit & Loss, Cash Flow Statement, Statement of Changes in Equity, and Notes to Accounts.
• Maintain supporting schedules and working papers.
• Maintain schedules for fixed assets, borrowings, provisions, advances, receivables, payables, and investments.

1. Financial Closing Support:

• Support month-end and year-end financial close activities.
• Prepare journal entries, accruals, provisions, and prepayments.
• Perform GL scrutiny and account reconciliations.

1. MIS Reporting:

• Prepare MIS reports, P&L variance analysis, and management reporting.
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities

1. Audit Coordination:

• Prepare schedules and supporting documents for statutory, tax, internal, and cost audits.
• Respond to auditor queries.
• Support compliance with Ind AS, Companies Act, GST, and Income Tax requirements
