Asst Manager_Finance - Reporting

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review standalone and consolidated financial statements in compliance with IndAS and IFRS
• Handle group-level financial consolidation and reporting
• Manage intercompany accounting and reconciliation processes
• Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
• Coordinate statutory audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Perform financial analysis and variance analysis for management reporting
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy
• Handle consolidation activities using SAP and other consolidation tools
• Support management in decision-making through insights and financial analysis
• Turnover Exposure: Minimum INR 500 Cr

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of IndAS and IFRS
• Hands-on experience in Reporting and Consolidation
• Mandatory SAP experience.
• Experience in financial preparation, analysis, and statutory audit
• Intercompany reconciliation experience is mandatory
• Exposure to organizations with turnover of INR 500 Cr or more
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Good to Have

• Experience with Big 4 or Big 6 consulting firms
• Hands-on experience with consolidation tools such as Emerge or Hyperion
• Prior experience in large industrial or manufacturing organizations
