Asst Manager / Dy Manager - Security & Admin (Fixed Term Contract)

Role & responsibilities

1. Administer & Control Security functions at Plant-Material movement & people movement

2. Administer Visitors Management system

3. Administer all AMCs - Vendor Management

4. Administer Scrap Yard Management

5. Support to Safety Officer for Safety, EMS & OHSAS requirement under IMS standard-

Mock drills, Fire Fighting, First-Aid, Emergency Preparedness plans / Training programmes.

Maintenance of Fire Extinguishers, Hooter System. Siren System

EHS Committee meetings

6. Administer employee Transport, Locker and other Welfare amenities

Record of employee vehicle. Handle break down/failure & alternate arrangement Gesano

Distribution of Safety Shoes / Uniforms.

7. Administer day to day Canteen activities / Garden / Estate Activities

8. Administer CCTV surveillance System

9. Liaise & connect with local Police Station, MIDC authorities and Non Govt authorities like local bodies Representatives of Gram Panchayat. NIMA, Representatives of MPs & MLAs, Sabhapati, etc

10. Support for CSR Activities

11 Provide support to Plant HR & ER / Plant Head as & when required.

Preferred candidate profile

Requirement profile:

Formal education: Graduation in any stream

Professional experience:

10-12 years of relevant experience, Diploma in Safety / Fire Fighting will be an added advantage.

Specific-Preferably from local/Nearby area of Sinnar/Nashik and Ex-serviceman will be preferable

Exposure to Integrated Management System (ISO, EMS & OHSAS -Standards & Procedures)

This position is currently on a Fixed Term Contract (FTC) with strong prospects for on-roll absorption, depending on individual performance and business requirements
