Asst Manager - Corporate Civil Projects

Job Summary


Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage civil construction and renovation projects.
• Monitor day-to-day project work and ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and internal teams.
• Check civil drawings, BOQs, measurements, and project requirements.
• Monitor work quality and ensure work is done as per specifications.
• Track project progress, materials, manpower, and costs.
• Handle contractor bills, work measurements, and variations.
• Ensure safety rules and company standards are followed at project sites.
• Identify site issues and coordinate for quick solutions.
• Prepare regular project progress reports.
• Support project completion, inspection, and final handover.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of civil construction and project execution.
• Experience in handling contractors and site activities.
• Ability to read civil and structural drawings.
• Knowledge of estimation, and quantity measurements.
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel .
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Site Execution Stake holder coordination billing verification & Certification.
• Civil Engineering, Site Execution, billing verification & Certification.
• Strong problem-solving and team-management skills.
