Role Purpose
AUM retention Drive sales teams with a target on surrender retention reinvestment.
Co-ordination with different levels of Sales channels and hierarchy
Target on Volume, Value retained reinvested will be measured as performance metrics
Proactive in con-calls, meetings reviews to improve company s goals
Efficient in Microsoft office
Good team player and willingness to learn
Educational Qualification MBA preferable
