Asst Manager - Anode Furnace & Caster (Operations)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee anode furnace operations, ensuring optimal performance and quality of production.
  
• Manage equipment maintenance, including refractory replacement and repair to prevent downtime.
  
• Coordinate with casting team to ensure timely delivery of castings meeting required specifications.
  
• Monitor molten metal handling processes to minimize defects and optimize yield.
  
• Collaborate with metallurgists to develop new products and improve existing ones.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 8-12 years of experience in anode furnace & caster operations or related field.
  
• Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. degree in relevant discipline (Chemical Engineering, Metallurgy).
  
• Strong understanding of process automation & control systems; knowledge of process improvements preferred.
  
• Proficiency in furnace operations, equipment management, metallurgical expertise, molten metal handling, refractory maintenance.
