Key Responsibilities.

• Luxury /ultraluxury/Premium/Integrated township Sales Strategy: Design and execute sales plans specifically for high-end projects.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the sales team to deliver exceptional service and meet targets.
• Revenue Achievement: Drive sales closures, monitor KPIs, and ensure profitability.
• Market Intelligence: Analyze All kind of property trends, competitor offerings, and buyer preferences.
• Brand Positioning: Collaborate with marketing to enhance brand visibility in the multiple type of segment.
