Asst Facility Manager- EHS

Key Responsibilities

• Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with OSHA, ISO, and local statutory requirements.
• Risk Assessment: Conduct hazard identification, risk analysis, and recommend corrective actions.
• Incident Reporting: Document and investigate workplace incidents, near misses, and accidents.
• Training Awareness: Organize safety drills, toolbox talks, and awareness sessions for employees and contractors.
• Emergency Preparedness: Support development and execution of emergency response plans.
• Environmental Management: Monitor waste management, energy usage, and sustainability initiatives.
• Vendor Contractor Safety: Ensure third-party compliance with site safety standards.
• Audit Documentation: Maintain EHS records, prepare reports, and support internal/external audits.

Required Skills Competencies

• Strong knowledge of EHS regulations and compliance frameworks.
• Proficiency in incident management systems and reporting tools.
• Excellent communication and training delivery skills.
