Job Title Asst. Facilities Manager - Soft services Job Description Summary Responsible for managing and overseeing all soft service operations, including housekeeping, pantry, pest control, landscaping, waste management, and other workplace support services. Ensure service delivery as per agreed SLAs, maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Coordinate with vendors, monitor team performance, ensure compliance with EHS and statutory requirements, manage budgets, and support seamless day-to-day facility operations to enhance workplace experience and occupant satisfaction. Job Description Key Responsibilities: • Manage day-to-day soft services operations across the site. • Ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards. • Supervise and coordinate vendor teams for housekeeping, pantry, pest control, and related services. • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and workplace readiness. • Ensure adherence to EHS, statutory, and client compliance requirements. • Monitor manpower deployment, attendance, and productivity. • Address occupant concerns and ensure timely closure of service requests. • Prepare operational reports, MIS, and support budgeting and cost-control initiatives. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance workplace experience.
