Roles and Responsibilities

• Monitor drilling parameters such as mud pressure, weight on bit, and rotational speed to optimize production rates.
  
• Conduct pre-drill planning, including reviewing well logs, seismic data, and geological reports.
  
• Operate drilling equipment on offshore platforms to extract oil and gas resources.
  
• Collaborate with other crew members to troubleshoot issues during drilling operations.
  
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
