Asst Customer Accounts Exe - Vizag

Your job is to generate and deliver new business from leads shared with you, respond to enquiries from B2B customers by submitting quotations and nurture existing customer relationships to generate repeat business. You will have end-to-end responsibility - developing leads and opportunities, winning orders and delivering high-quality transportation services to the customers, ensuring complete customer satisfaction. You will work under the supervision of a Key Account Manager, who will guide and mentor you to achieve your goals.

As the company uses technology extensively, you should be computer-literate and have knowledge of how to use various desktop and mobile apps (including ERP systems, GPS systems, dashboards etc.). You must either already know or be able to learn the road transportation business with trailers and trucks very quickly.
